A Message From The General Manager

During this time of social distancing, we will be offering virtual sales appointments; this will allow our sales representatives and customers to be safe. We will continue to service our customers through these trying times. We will be meeting with our customers virtually to conduct a face-to-face digital presentation. During this presentation, our representatives can answer our customer's questions and help guide them through the sales process. We will be using state of the art technology that will enable us to measure our customer's roofs and gutters without having to visit their home in many cases. While there may be certain circumstances where we have to pop in and get some measurements, we will not be required to meet with anyone when we do. We will still be offering our same day service program in which our Service Manager will be repairing leaks and conducting small exterior repairs. Siding and Window appointments will require a representative to stop out and take some pictures and maybe measure a few things, however, we will not need to meet with anyone as we will be gathering some info during the virtual appointment. If any of our customers have a leaky roof and it is requiring replacing and are opting out of the service program, the sales rep that is assigned to you or your customer would need to stop out and inspect the roof to determine the root cause of the leak.

We can conduct our virtual appointments on several devices such as a desktop PC, laptop, tablet, or even your phone. We would recommend that our customers use a desktop PC with a webcam, laptop, or tablet to optimize the experience with the screen size and camera capabilities. The process is simple and straightforward, and our customers will still be able to reach us in several ways, including phone, website, social media, etc. to schedule a virtual sales presentation.

- Customers that call or use our request a quote form found on our website will be contacted to schedule a time and date for your virtual sales presentation.

- Customers that schedule an appointment from our online app will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm the appointment time and date.

10-15 minutes before the scheduled time, your sales representative will be sending an email invitation to the virtual appointment using ZOOM. Your sales representative will also be placing a phone call at this point to introduce himself and to confirm that you received the email invitation. Customers will need to open their email and click on the link to access a meeting number and meeting code to begin the virtual presentation. There is no need for special software. At this point, we will be able to start the virtual meeting where you can meet your sales representative and see who you are going to be working with.

We have a presentation that we've developed to help walk our customers through the sales process.

- The sales representative will be able to answer any questions and share with our customers what products and services we offer regarding their roofing, gutter, and siding needs.

- The sales representative will be able to deliver your detailed proposal at the end of the virtual meeting, along with obtaining approval for our various payment options.

- In the instance where our customers would like to see samples, we can deliver them to their homes so that they can make the decision that best fits their wants and needs.

After the virtual presentation, one of our staff members will follow up to make sure we were able to answer all of our customer's questions and solve their roofing, gutter, and(or) siding needs. Once our customer gives us the approval to move forward, we will schedule the project and install the roof, gutters, and(or) siding.
